Before Delivery: If you decide to cancel before your flowers are delivered for preservation, you are eligible for a full refund.

After Delivery, Before Framing: Once flowers have been delivered, but before they are framed, you may cancel for a 50% refund.

After Framing: Once your flowers have been framed, I am unable to provide any refund, as the work and materials have already been completed.
Shipping Information

The shipping cost for returning your finished frame will be added at checkout if you choose shipping option.

Please note: the initial shipping of your bouquet to me is not included in this price and is the customer’s responsibility.
