TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations may be made anytime before the flowers are received by the preservationist for a full refund.
If a cancellation occurs after the flowers have been received, a 50% refund will be issued to cover the cost of materials that have already been purchased.
Once your frame has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Liability
-
Flowers will be pressed and preserved in the condition they are received.
-
During the preservation process, some fading or color changes may naturally occur due to the organic nature of flowers (for example, whites may yellow and reds may turn purple).
-
Apart from the discussed design choice and any specific client requests, the artist retains creative freedom to design the piece as she believes best represents the bouquet.
-
Some flowers or bouquet elements cannot be pressed or framed due to factors such as thickness, moisture content, condition, or frame size limitations.
-
Over time, colors may continue to fade or shift once framed, which is a natural part of the preservation process.
-
Minor particles or movement between the glass may occur over time as flowers settle within the frame.
Damage or Loss of Accessories
-
If your frame is damaged during shipping, the preservationist will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
-
Additionally, any frame that becomes damaged within one year of pickup or delivery will be repaired free of charge to ensure the quality and longevity of your preserved florals.
-
The floral preservationist is not responsible for lost accessories, including vases, ribbons, lace, or pendants that are not intended to be framed.
-
Clients are responsible for removing and recovering any personal items or accessories before providing the bouquet or flowers for preservation.
